on hold due to tropical storm Emily..... but the
good news is we are back open for business this
weekend starting this Friday.

Two sailfish caught yesterday and a limit of
mahi caught today!!!!!.....I know I sound like a
broken record, but really, the fishing just
keeps getting better and better.
There's only one thing we're missing in these
pictures and that's.......YOU!!
Come down and join a walkon trip this weekend,
or next week Monday thru Friday there are spots

to come down to the Outer Banks and venture out
to the Gulf Stream? We get asked this question
all the time and the answer is NOW!!!!

out a pretty exciting day of fishing.

We have been too busy to post a report everyday
so please excuse our tardiness. As you can see
the mahi fishing has been keeping us very busy.
We have 3 spots open for
walk ons for our Sunday 6/26 trip! Come on down
and catch some fish for your freezer.

This is an awesome time to be in Hatteras sport
fishing. The excitement of the Big Rock Blue
Marlin Tournament is going on all around us and
we are on the fish.
We caught another blue marlin today and we
released another white marlin on Thursday.
While the tournament boats concentrate on
catching marlin we’re catching lots of great
tasting mahi for your grill.
Two walk on spots are now
open for Monday
6/13 and we have
two more walk on spots coming on
Father’s Day Sunday, 6/19.
Why not give dad a gift he really wants!

Blue Marlin HOOKED UP !!!!!!
Even if you've never been offshore fishing
before those are exciting words that get your
blood pumping when you're out on the Gulf
Stream!! Our first blue marlin was caught this
past weekend on the pristine waters of Hatteras,
NC ..... and a bunch of other fish as well!!
Enjoy these photos from the last few days of
fishing fun on the Reel Escape. And if you
decide that pictures just aren't enough and you
want to try the REEL thing, then give us a call
and sign up for a male up style walk-on trip
this weekend. We have spots open this weekend

Although not our catch, we wanted to pass along
this incredible report. This 805 pound monster
blue fin tuna was caught in North Carolina
waters breaking the NC state record!!
Another example of OUTSTANDING fishing in the
outer banks.....and it keeps getting better as
weather and fishing forecasts improve every day.
Some big tuna are still lingering around as the
main school of blue fin work their way north and
now the wahoo, yellowfin and blackfin tuna bite
picks up right here in our back yard.
We have been requested to open up a walk on trip
this Saturday .....but we need to round out a
complete group.....so call and join us for
another exciting day of adventure on the crystal
clear gulfstream waters of Hatteras, NC!! |

have just moved the boat back to Hatteras
Landing so that we can get our Hatteras fishing season
off to an early start and also because the fish couldn't
wait! Right now boats are catching bluefin,
yellowfin, and blackfin tuna.

Va.
Beach rockfishing seems to get better every
year! Not only did we catch lots of rock, we
also caught some absolute monsters. Try to make
